My wife and I decided to sell and contacted Scott, who promptly met with us to discuss a plan. Our request was to set a price that would sell quickly due to other listings in the area. Scott spoke with us and we all agreed to list that day. We knew not to make it an emotional sale as the other other listings had sat from one to two months. Not five hours into it he had people over to view and we had an offer, at the market ready price. We sold in less than 24 hours and were very happy working with Scott.
